How we handle show pitches, ideas and materials sent to us.
We love hearing from creators. To protect both you and us, we follow this policy for every show pitch, idea, recording or other material sent to Oceanside, whether through our site, email, social media or in person.
Use the contact form and choose "Creator or publisher," or email creators@oceanside.network. Please include: your show name and a link to your feed or channel; a short description and format; host bios; recent audience numbers if available; and how you'd like to work with us.
Send links rather than large attachments. Do not send original or only copies of any material.
You own or control all rights in what you send, it doesn't infringe anyone's rights, and you have permission from anyone who appears in it.
Submitting material does not transfer ownership of your show or content to Oceanside. Any rights we receive will be set out in a separate signed agreement.
Unless we sign a written agreement saying otherwise: submissions are not confidential; we have no obligation to review, respond to, return or use them; and we owe no compensation for them. We develop and receive many ideas, and some may be similar to yours. Similarity alone does not mean your submission was used.
We do not accept unsolicited show concepts, scripts or formats that aren't already produced. If you send them anyway, the terms above apply.
We don't consider material that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence.
We aim to reply within [X] business days if there's a potential fit. Because of volume, we can't respond to every submission.
