These Terms of Service govern your use of oceansidemedia.net and any related websites, feeds, apps and services (together, the "Services") operated by Oceanside Network LLC ("Oceanside," "we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You may stream and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, re-upload, sell or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
You agree not to: use the Services for anything unlawful; interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security; scrape, crawl or harvest data without permission; impersonate anyone; upload malware; or use the Services to infringe anyone's rights.
If you send us show pitches, ideas, feedback or materials, our Submission Policy applies. Unless we agree otherwise in a signed contract, we are not obligated to keep submissions confidential, to review them, or to compensate you for them.
Creators, advertisers and partners who work with us will have separate written agreements. If a separate agreement conflicts with these terms, the separate agreement controls for that relationship.
Our shows and pages may include advertising and links to third-party sites, apps and platforms such as podcast apps, YouTube and streaming TV services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available." Opinions expressed by hosts and guests are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Oceanside. Content is for information and entertainment only and is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oceanside will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to defend and indemnify Oceanside and its creators, officers and employees against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these terms.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@oceanside.network that includes the work, the location of the infringing material, your contact information, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
